Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with wiring, assembly, and interpreting technical drawings. This role requires precision, a strong understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Strip and crimp wires properly, handling gauges ranging from 26 to 10.

Read and interpret medium schematic drawings, diagrams, and blueprints accurately.

Drill holes in designated positions with precision to support assembly tasks.

Wire and assemble components for RTUs (Remote Terminal Units) following technical specifications.

Perform quality checks to ensure all assemblies meet company standards.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and resolve technical challenges.
Qualifications

Proven experience in electrical assembly, specifically wiring RTUs.

Strong ability to strip and crimp wires of various gauges (26 to 10).

Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.

Familiarity with drilling tools and techniques for accurate positioning.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
