Job Title: Elevator Installer
Job Summary
Are you a skilled professional with a passion for delivering exceptional results? Join our team as am Elevator Installer and take the lead in bringing projects to life! In this role, you will oversee installation projects, ensuring top-notch quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for an experience installer currently working with residential elevators or someone highly familiar with REI systems. If you are detail-oriented, have excellent leadership skills, and thrive in a hands-on environment, we want to hear from you!
Pay Rate; $25-$39 hr depending on experience
Responsibilities

Lead and manage installations to complete projects on time and within specifications.

Oversee the preparation, installation, and final adjustments to ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards.

Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution.

Perform quality control checks to guarantee the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety.

Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and maintain a productive work environment.

Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site challenges effectively and efficiently.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and inventory management.
Qualifications

Proven experience in installation, construction, or a related field.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent technical knowledge of installation tools, equipment, and processes.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and liaise with clients.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
