Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Specialist to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in shipping coordination, documentation, and supply chain support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
• International & domestic shipping coordination
• Export and hazardous shipment documentation support
• Third-party shipping and claims coordination
• Providing day-to-day shipping support
• P2P / invoice receiving and processing
Qualifications:
• Previous logistics, shipping, or supply chain experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with export documentation is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computer systems and data entry
