Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities
– Operate and monitor plastic manufacturing machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
– Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime.
– Measure, mix, and load raw materials into machines according to production specifications.
– Inspect finished plastic products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet required standards and specifications.
– Adjust machine settings and parameters as needed to optimize production output and quality.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing area to ensure a safe work environment.
– Record production data, including quantities produced and any issues encountered during operations.
– Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements
– Familiarity with plastic manufacturing processes, machinery, and tools.
– Basic mechanical skills to operate and adjust equipment as needed.
– Attention to detail to ensure products meet quality standards.
– Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
– Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
– Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
– Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and potential noise.
