Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities
– Operate and monitor plastic manufacturing machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production.
– Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
– Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot equipment to resolve production issues.
– Handle raw materials, load them into machines, and oversee their transformation into finished goods.
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and cleanliness protocols.
– Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
– Document production data and report any discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
– Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
– Familiarity with plastic manufacturing processes, machinery, and tools.
– Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
– Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as required.
– Strong communication and teamwork skills.
– Willingness to follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
