Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities
– Operate and monitor plastic manufacturing machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
– Perform routine inspections and maintenance of machines to ensure optimal functionality.
– Measure and mix raw materials according to production specifications.
– Monitor product quality during and after production, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery or production processes as they arise.
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
– Record production data, including output, material usage, and any defects.
– Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements
– Familiarity with plastic manufacturing machinery, tools, and processes.
– Basic knowledge of quality control principles and techniques.
– Ability to read and follow production instructions and specifications.
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
– Basic math and measurement skills.
– Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
