Job Position: Production Associate
Location: OLATHE, KS 66061
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Shift: 1st
Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities
– Monitor machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
– Assemble, package, or inspect products according to company standards and specifications.
– Perform quality checks on products and materials to identify defects or inconsistencies.
– Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and cleanliness protocols.
– Follow production schedules and meet daily production targets.
– Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
– Assist in inventory management, including stocking materials and recording usage.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
– Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.
– Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
– Physical stamina and ability to stand, lift (35+ pounds), and move materials for 10 hour shifts.
– Willingness to follow safety guidelines and operational procedures.
