Description: Position SummaryWe are seeking a dependable, hands-on team member to assist in building and finishing company products in a woodshop environment. This role requires comfort working with tools, following fabrication drawings, and maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild company products in a hands-on production settingOperate woodshop tools and equipment (table saw, miter saw, sanders, hand tools)Follow shop fabrication drawings and proceduresPerform basic maintenance and adjustments to shop equipmentAssist with basic plumbing and electrical tasks as instructedComplete additional tasks as assignedPhysical RequirementsStand for up to 8 hours per shiftWalk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the dayLift 40 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionallyWork in a non-climate-controlled facilityWork free from the influence of drugs or alcoholRequired QualificationsPractical, common-sense approach with commitment to Quality, Service, Timing, and SafetyStrong attention to detail and accuracyReliable, responsible, and able to work independentlyEffective verbal communication skillsPositive attitude with high integrity and accountabilityProficient with sanders, staining brushes, and basic hand toolsMust provide identification verifying eligibility to work in the U.S.High school diploma or equivalentPreferred Experience1 year of staining/painting experience1–2 years of production or similar work experience
