Job description:
Pinnacle Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory / Shipping Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, preparing customer orders, and ensuring timely shipments.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and label incoming materials and components
Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments (domestic and international)
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
Maintain organized shelves, bins, and storage areas
Update inventory records and print labels using basic computer systems
Pull materials for production as needed
Follow company safety and quality procedures
Assist with general warehouse duties
Qualifications:
6–12 months of warehouse, shipping, or inventory experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic computer skills (data entry, label printing)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
