Pinnacle Staffing is seeking an experienced Welder with strong skills in industrial fabrication, heavy‑equipment repair, fit-up processes. This role focuses on welding and building components for large slurry, water‑handling, and mining‑grade machinery.
Responsibilities:

Perform high‑quality MIG, TIG, and stick welding on carbon steel, stainless, and alloy materials

Fabricate and repair pump parts, bases, frames, and heavy industrial assemblies

Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
-
Handle fit‑up, beveling, multi‑pass welding, and structural assembly
-
Conduct grinding, cutting, and finishing work
-
Inspect welds for quality and structural integrity
-
Work safely with overhead lifting, rigging, and large components
Qualifications:
-
Strong background in industrial or heavy‑equipment welding

Proficient in MIG, TIG, SMAW, and multi‑pass welding on thick materials
-
Solid fabrication, layout, and fit‑up skills
-
Comfortable working with large assemblies and high‑wear components
-
Experience with slurry or centrifugal pump components is a plus
-
Welding certifications preferred
